Oxlife Independence Portable Oxygen Concentrator
Who buys this:
People who want a reliable way to travel without risking their health. People who value their freedom of movement.
Why they love it:
It’s portable, quiet, and easy to use.
The Oxlife Independence provides 1-3 LPM of medical-grade O2 in continuous mode and up to 96 mL in pulse mode in just one unit. The portable concentrator features exclusive technology to simplify ownership and enhance oxygen purity. This sophistication comes in a package that O2 Concepts claims is the category’s smallest, most agile and has the best battery life.
O2 Concept’s exclusive Dynamic Network Analysis (DNA) technology simplifies ownership via over-the-air diagnostics to determine maintenance, update software and troubleshoot. For healthcare providers, DNA monitors usage and ambulation for the first 30 days. DNA Technology Communications Access services may be initiated with an activation fee (product item number 830-2000) and a year later an annual fee (product number 830-2001).
The machine also employs patented Energy Smart Absorption technology that uses multiple reservoirs for higher oxygen purity and flow volumes while using less energy. Despite being a featherweight 16.7 pounds, the made-in-the-USA Oxygen Concentrator packs heavyweight technology. The Oxlife Independence employs intelligent Dynamic Network Analysis technology that uses 3G cellular technology to link it to a secure server via the Verizon network.

Zen-O Portable Concentrator offers both continuous and pulse flow for oxygen therapy patients. The Zen-O offers 2 liters per minute (LPM), meeting the oxygen demands for most patients. The Zen-O is designed for respiratory disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), providing oxygen on demand for patients both at home or on the go. Its lightweight structure and small size make it easy to bring with you in its carry-bag or pull cart that comes standard with your order.
Zen-O Portable Oxygen Concentrator offers greater operational efficiency than many of the competing devices on the market. The maximum outlet pressure is 20.5 psi, able to push oxygen through extended tubing. Zen-O concentration levels range from 87 to 96 percent. Noise emission is at 42 decibels (ISO 3744 standard).
The AC power adapter functions using from 100 to 240 volts on 50 to 60 Hz systems. The DC power adapter provides for use in automobiles, boats and RV’s. A 12-cell battery will power the Zen-O for 4 hours with 2 LPM of oxygen at 18 breaths per minute (BPM) while in pulse flow mode. Add a battery, and the Zen-O will allow you to operate away from home for up to 8 hours.
The Zen-O Oxygen Concentrator is manufactured by GCE with easy to replace sieve beds that can be exchanged using simple tools in under 5 minutes. The replaceable sieve beds can save you hundreds of dollars over other brands. Zen-O™ uses advanced technology in its construction to adjust the amount of oxygen delivered according to a patient’s breath rate. When the patient needs more oxygen, the Zen-O machine automatically responds by increasing the O2 output.

Inogen One G5 Portable Oxygen Concentrator offers 24/7 oxygen service. This compact, lightweight concentrator is easy to take with you where ever you go. It weighs less than 6-1/2 pounds with the carry bag and the single-size battery. It powers from three separate sources—AC, DC, and battery. This O2 machine works with your car, boat, or RV. It is auto-sensing for AC power with an operating range of 100 to 240 VAC at 50 to 60 Hz. Take it with you on vacations, and it will adapt to most power sources. Select between a 5-hour battery (setting 2) or double that time to 10-hours with a double size battery. Stay out and enjoy life rather than being tethered to an oxygen tank that limits your mobility.

Many users choose to pair this oxygen concentrator with Salter Labs’ Nasal Cannula for Adults.
The Inogen One G4 Oxygen Concentrator incorporates dual-exhaust and dual-intake technology, providing maximum heat dissipation to keep the O2 device running cooler and longer. This machine can operate from three separate power sources: battery, DC power (car, truck, RV, boat), or AC power (found in homes). AC power is also used to recharge the battery. The Inogen One G4 machine is designed to operate 24/7 to meet the needs of the oxygen patient. The user may select between two Inogen One battery options—the standard single battery or the upgraded double battery. The Inogen One double battery lasts twice as long between recharges as the Inogen One single battery.
