We only deliver large items within the Houston Metro area. Smaller items that can be shipped by standard carriers we ship to all 50 states. We offer 2 types of delivery and setup - a) local delivery to the 1st floor and b) local delivery to the 2nd floor.
Return Policy: Stockings, compression garments, bath and toileting aids, pillows, Cushions, braces, binders, catheters and other personal items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Special order items are products not normally stocked by The MedEquip Shop and ordered specifically for the customer
Power Wheelchair, manual wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, PAP Devices, Oxygen Concentrators, Hospital Beds must be returned within 5 business days and must be in original condition and will attract a 35% restocking fee
All other returns will be accepted if made within 14 days of purchase and must be in its unopened original box and with receipt. No returns or exchanges allowed after 14 days Thank you!

Description
Providing safe, cool storage for insulin and other perishable medications, the protective Vive cooling case is lightweight and compact. The insulated hard shell case includes two reusable ice packs, a removable organizer and a convenient carry handle. Designed to store insulin needles, pens, refills and other supplies, the organizer features three pockets, a pen holder and internal thermometer. Easily fitting in a purse, backpack, tote or carry on, the cooling case is TSA compliant and insulated to maintain a cool temperature for up to eight hours.

Safely travel with perishable medications for up to eight hours with the Vive cooling case. Featuring multiple layers for effective insulation, the hard shell travel case also utilizes a tight sealed interior design to aid in maintaining a proper temperature.

Protective Travel Case
Constructed with a durable EVA material, the hard shell case protects fragile contents during regular use. Lightweight and compact for easy portability, the protective cooler case contains two mesh pockets for securing the included ice packs in place. The compact case also features a small carry handle and dual zippers for easily accessing the contents.

Removable Organizer Pouch
Holding a variety of small items, the cooling case includes a removable folio to safely and neatly storage necessary supplies. The pouch includes an interior Fahrenheit thermometer, three pockets and one pen holder to securely hold up to two insulin needles, three pens and two pen refills. The organizer pouch is secured to the case with two strong fastener strips.
